Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer
Certified Estate Planner (CEP) ®
I’d like to tell you a little bit about myself and my business. I have been a resident of Tucson, Arizona for more than 30 years. In 1991, I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Arizona.
My husband, Stephen Trezza, is an attorney, so in 2003, I started preparing legal documents as an Arizona paralegal part time and with his guidance and support I became licensed and certified by the Supreme Court of Arizona as a legal document preparer in 2006. My husband, Stephen Trezza and I co-founded AZ Statewide Paralegal and AZ Statewide Paralegal became certified by the Arizona Supreme Court. AZ Statewide Paralegal has received an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. I am a member of the Tucson Paralegal Association and National Notary Association. In 2011, I became licensed as a Certified Estate Planner (CEP) with the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners (NICEP) and in 2012 became designated as a Registered Tax Return Preparer with the Internal Revenue Service during the life of the program. I have assisted thousands of clients in representing themselves in many Arizona Counties as well as several local Tucson attorneys. My experience consists of preparing and filing documents for uncontested divorce, child support, legal decision making (custody), parenting time. I have assisted hundreds of clients with uncontestedprobate, guardianship, conservatorships and more. I have worked with numerous title companies, banks and financial planners to provide legal services to those in need of living trusts, warranty deeds, deeds of trust, beneficiary deeds, and affidavits of succession. I have always handled the legal documents necessary to lease and manage my residential rental properties, including forming Limited Liability Companies, Family Limited Partnerships, Leases, Forcible Detainer and Breach of Contract Complaints. Since we’ve started, I have saved my clients millions in attorney’s fees (savings based upon a $2500 attorneys retainer fee).
