From start-ups and small businesses to scaling companies, count on us for seamless document preparation services that set you up for abundance and success.

The Importance of Meticulous Limited Liability Company Operating Agreement Documentation

Your business’s LLC is instrumental in the protection of your personal assets. These agreements ensure that personal assets are kept separate from business liabilities should you face legal problems or business debts in the future. LLC formation also boasts tax efficiency, providing pass-through taxation that merges profits and losses from the business directly into your personal taxes. Furthermore, a limited liability company operating agreement brings a new level of credibility. An LLC encourages investors, partners, and clients to view your business as a pillar of professionalism while demonstrating your adherence to legal compliance standards.

Limited Liability Company Formation Process

At AZ Statewide Paralegal, we take immense pride in our full-stack approach to limited liability company operating agreement document preparation procedures. From our initial meeting to the completion of your LLC, we handle every facet of your journey. Our LLC formation fee is $250, plus costs and includes the following procedures:

  • Step One: We prepare the articles of organization and Arizona Corporation Commission cover sheet on your behalf.
  • Step Two: We guide you through the process of obtaining an EIN number for your LLC to allow you to open a business bank account.
  • Step Three: We deliver the signed Articles of Organization and cover sheet to the Arizona Corporation Commission and expedite filling.
  • Step Four: We fax a Notice of Filing to the appropriate newspaper in the county that the LLC is operating in for publication. They will then publish the Notice of Filing once a week for three weeks. For clients in Maricopa and Pima counties, the Corporate Commission handles the publication process for you.
  • Step Five: We send the Affidavit of Publication and cover sheet to the Arizona Corporate Commission for filing at no additional charge, completing the LLC formation.
  • Step Six: For an additional discounted fee, we can also prepare an operating agreement for your business during the LLC formation.
